HI MOM

Hi mom,

Sorry I'm late with this. I said I'd have it up ten days ago but, this is my first free day since Christmas and I'm still not feeling free.

I'm really happy with the design on two of these. Medium wise, I think these could be revisited. They're CD sleeves for some mixes I made as a gift.

Lizard King

I need to put one more thing in here to balance the composition but it might be heavy handed what I'm thinking about. I'll figure it out later. This'll be good.

Flossin in the candy paint

I have a hard time not stopping when something looks kind of cool, so to deal with that I'm throwing this up and going back to make it look really cool and not half done.

Puppo - Alternate version.

Hey dudes, I might try and do this right later on but this came out pretty cool so maybe not. This is what happens when all I sit around watching deadwood for six and a half hours and can't get these pictures to look right.

Bad Dudes are the best sort of dude

I think three values is enough. How about that?

Also see that Clint right there? Guess what super secret project he's reference for? Keep watching the stars.

Oh and there's totally another portrait of Michael K. Williams that I'm working on coloring. After looking at a lot of pictures of him, I think what I dig about his face might be that he's really pretty, I can totally see how he used to be a model, however that amazingly badass facial scar is amazingly badass to the point its easy to miss. Awesome. If you haven't seen Terry Richarson's picture of him as Terry Richardson I recommend it.

Old comic

Guess what I found in a drawer? Its an old comic I made for Alain Corbel. I had some scans of it, but they weren't this good, so now I made you a good version.

DESTINATION SATURN

Hi guys, here are some illustrations I made for a fantastic Science Fiction Epic that is unattributable. Illustrated here are the first and second chapters, as well as the myth of the mightiest hunter and the story of the wanderer.

Blasty from the Pasty

It was fall of 2007, and Rachel Salomon was teaching me to paint. I made a lot of paintings of monsters, with various awesome techniques, because that was what we did back in the day. Thanks for the pro tips Rach.

Additionally, I'd been drawing Draculas compulsively instead of taking notes for about a year at this point. I have since slowed down the Draculas, and moved onto drawing fat animals.

I drew some stuff in sketchbooks. Its pretty awesome.

The last days of junior year were characterized by staying up late doing homework and watching The Wire. I once walked to the same junk shop Bubbles frequents. Modern Junk and Salvage Co.

There is something that is endlessly alluring about a fish in a suit.

Doing things like this during AH-390 History of Film is probably why I got a B- instead of that A I think I deserved. That or walking out on those melodramas. Still, drawing a pretty rad Dracula is totally worth dragging down the GPA.
